Convenient Location and Nearby Eateries

This place is nicely situated next to Taco Bell, which added to the overall comfort vibe. Plus, being so close to Hot Springs and various restaurants was a huge bonus. The rooms with double beds were absolutely delightful. 😊

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were really soft.

Booked a room with hot hot water. The breakfast offered was plentiful and exceptionally nice with protein included, sausage and also cereal to waffles, couldn't have asked for more. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, to waffle house nearby. Everything was simply modern.

The property's location was great for visiting my daughter at college, with a friendly and courteous staff that provided excellent service.

The toilet ran and we had to lift the back of the toilet and fix the chain and the door entering the room (224) wouldn't close properly. We also noticed several rat traps around the hotel which doesn't make us feel comfortable about the cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff was the only good thing about this place.

I'm not sure where to start. The houskeeping needs more training. There was hair (not mine) on both beds and in shower. There was a bandaid stuck to lamp and visible dust. I really wanted to sleep with my clothes on. The walls desperately need to be painted. Plaster coming off in the bathroom and looked like mildew around shower. The clerk let me look at another room, but the walls looked the same. If I hadn't prepaid, I would never have stayed. We will be frequenting the area over the next 4 years, because our son will be going to school there, but I will NOT ever be staying at this place. The manager should take a look around. You don't want me to post my photos.

The rooms here are pretty great. They are spacious and have comfortable double beds. The bathroom features a shower and a cozy Jacuzzi tub, perfect for relaxation. Also, the pool area is really nice and inviting. 🏊‍♂️

Front desk accommodated us with a disability room.

A lot of road noise from the interstate. No toilet paper in lobby womens bathroom. There was a threshold below our bathroom door that was very easy to trip over. They raised it so that the shower was lower but it was easy to trip over it. Maybe a warning on the door telling someone the threshold is raised be careful.

The staff was genuinely helpful and very helpful with local information. The pool area was nice. The location was favourable and unbeatable, just next door to a nearby Waffle House. We had a great time sightseeing in Arkadelphia and enjoyed our stay. The staff was super helpful and provided great local tips. The pool area was enjoyable, and being located right next to a Waffle House was a huge plus. It was a fantastic experience at this trendy new hotel.
